Late returns may incur additional charges. 3. **Liability for Damages**: Renters are responsible for the care and handling of the Garmin Approach R50 during the rental period. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you or your private liability insurance will be liable for any damages or loss incurred while the equipment is in your possession. This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage, theft, or any other form of loss. 4. **Inspection**: The equipment will be inspected before and after the rental period.
